Samandari grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute the App without authorization.
Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App. We do not access or share your data.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from the use of the App.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
AI Disclaimer
The AI features (Life Coach, therapist mode, creative challenges) are NOT a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice. They are designed for personal reflection and productivity purposes only.
Cloud Backup
Cloud backup stores your data on Google Drive using your Google account. You are responsible for the security of your Google account. Velora is not liable for data loss or unauthorized access to your Google Drive.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Burundi.
