Velora ("the App") is developed by Samandari. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the App.
Velora collects and stores the following data locally on your device. We do not have access to this data, and it never leaves your device unless you explicitly enable cloud backup.

If you enable cloud backup, your data is transmitted securely via HTTPS and stored on your personal Google Drive account. Velora does not have access to your Google Drive outside of the app-specific backup folder.

We do not share your data with any other third parties. No data is sold or transferred for advertising, analytics, or profiling purposes.
Your data is retained on your device for as long as you use the App. You can delete any or all of your data at any time from within the App's settings.
If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data is permanently deleted.
If you have enabled cloud backup, your backup data remains on your Google Drive until you manually delete it. You can revoke Velora's access to your Google Drive at any time through your Google Account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
If you configure email reports, emails are sent using your provided SMTP credentials. Your email address and credentials are only stored locally on your device.
When using AI features (Life Coach, Creative Muse, etc.), your data may be sent to a third-party AI API for processing. This data is not stored or used for training by the provider.
We collect your device ID solely for license verification purposes. This ID is not linked to any personal information.
We use a remote configuration service to manage app updates, communicate important messages, and enforce license compliance.
Velora supports fingerprint or face unlock for app security. Your biometric data is processed entirely by your device's hardware and is never accessed or stored by the app.
Velora uses the exact alarm and notification permissions to deliver reminders, habit alerts, and smart alarms you configure. These permissions are used only for features you explicitly enable.
Your data is stored encrypted on your device. Cloud backups are transmitted securely via HTTPS to Google Drive.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
