Terms of Service
By using NotifSpy ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
License
Samandari grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute the App without authorization. You are solely responsible for how you use the notification data captured by the App. Do not use the App to violate the privacy of others or for any unlawful purpose.
Your Data
You retain ownership of all data captured and stored by the App. All data remains on your device. We do not access or share your data.
Permissions
NotifSpy requires the Android Notification Listener permission to function. This permission is used solely to capture notifications for display within the App. You can revoke this permission at any time through your device settings.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from the use of the App. NotifSpy cannot guarantee capture of every notification, as this depends on the Android system and other apps' behavior.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Burundi.
