Terms of Service
By using FabWash ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
License
Samandari grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or commercial carwash management purposes.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute the App without authorization.
Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App. We do not access or share your data.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from the use of the App.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
Cloud Sync
Cloud sync stores your carwash data on Firebase Firestore. You are responsible for securing access to the Firebase project. FabWash is not liable for data loss due to Firebase service issues.
Business Data
All business data (vehicles, invoices, expenses, salaries) entered into FabWash remains your property. We do not access, sell, or share this data.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Burundi.
