Terms of Service
By using E-Sama ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
License
Samandari grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute the App without authorization.
Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App. We do not access or share your data.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from the use of the App.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
Payments
All payments are non-refundable once a license key has been generated and delivered.
Cloud Backup
Cloud backup stores your data on Google Drive using your Google account. You are responsible for the security of your Google account. E-Sama is not liable for data loss or unauthorized access to your Google Drive.
Storage Access
E-Sama requires access to device storage to export and import local backups. This permission is used only for backup and restore operations initiated by you. The app does not access, read, or modify any files outside its own backup folder.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Burundi.
