By using E-Sama, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Acceptable Use

E-Sama is a business management application licensed for individual or commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute the app without authorization.

License

Samandari grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the subscribed duration. The license is tied to your device.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter. We do not access or share your data except as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss or damages arising from use of the app.

Payments

All license payments are non-refundable once an activation key has been generated and delivered.

Cloud Backup

Cloud backup stores your data on Google Drive using your Google account. You are responsible for your Google account security. E-Sama is not liable for data loss or unauthorized access to your Google Drive.

Storage Access

E-Sama requires device storage access to export and import local backups. This permission is used only for backup and restore operations you initiate.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Burundi.
